Thank you much Luke. I love watching your video's. I know it cost you money to make them that's why I buy my seeds from you and you have good seeds. Keep up the great work my friend, and may the Lord bless you and your family.

Show those seed packets more. Product placement is key. Keep up the good work. You are doing what all gardeners dream of .

Was just out in my beds this morning during a light, sprinkling of rain, direct sowing beets, spinach, leaf lettuce, radishes and turnips, using your high intensity planting methods. With a broadcasting of trifecta first, of course 🙂.

Here’s to a successful growing season!

You should start out by saying that this advice is for your garden zone, because many newbie gardeners will see this and not realize that you have to plant in their season. Where I am (9b), there's very few things I can plant now.

But I love your tip about the cross board!

I really appreciate your channel because we're in different states but the same zone. I feel like your experience is really applicable to my growing area and I can follow along more than the channels in, say, San Diego or the Carolinas.

Loving the added visual element to your videos. People learn in different ways. You continue to open doors to reach new gardeners. Thank you MIgardener!

I wish I could direct sow more! My local bird population is too friendly with me and scoop all the seeds out. Thankfully I really like the jug sowing method which has worked out for all of my stuff, including beets and carrots!

This year I'll be planting radishes for the delicious seed pods. Last year I let some radishes go to flower thinking I'd save seed. It was pretty cool to learn and watch the plant fully mature and find a new favourite garden snack!

I just direct sowed spinach, and some greens. Thinking about putting beets in this week. Located in Nova Scotia Canada. Thanks for your great videos been a fan since the start. You really set the bar for YouTube gardening channels at such a young age, worked hard at something you were passionate about and made your dream a reality. Keep the content coming I learn something new each video.

Lol I feel like this video should be titled "All the seeds you can direct sow in April IN MICHIGAN" cause I'm listening to Luke listing out all these crops that don't like temperatures above the 70's and meanwhile here in Texas we started getting days in the 80's like a month ago. I guess for us these should be planted in, like, December.

Thank you for mentioning Farmish app! We buy local & support local business as much as we can. I actually paused the video & went to go look them up! We have a few other ways to connect with local farms but this app will make it so much easier.

Hello
So this will be my second year attempting to garden.
How often should I be watering these spring plants?
I think I overwatered last year.

I haven’t even started yet with direct sewing. It’s gonna be 30 this next week. Mid Michigan area. No raised beds. Just huge area with cattle panels. Would love to meet ya someday!
