Some weird blue lasers are shooting the terminids at random, who are they?
The system is glitching for some reason, checking logs

A friend in steam was talking to me about the same thing, he got shot from nowhere, some energy shots hit his shield, he was playing solo, in a BUG world.

If that is truly a easter egg for the Illuminate to be arriving, than that's a brilliant way of introducing them.

The Ministry of Truth and the Ministry of Science approve this message. After close examination of frame-by-frame helldiver bodycam footage, These Ministries have discovered that the phenomena shown is mundane in nature. You can see the "spiky bush" in the beginning of this clip, and then watch the Titan's back left leg sweep through the bush, detonating it and causing the first flash and spray of shrapnel. This is again, mundane in nature as these bushes are common on similar planets. The blue flashes that follow are actually generated by your HUD coding them as ricochet fire from the aforementioned shrapnel (The game only knows explosive shrapnel exists so yes; the bushes use explosive shrapnel which produces this effect). The second main explosion that seems to originate underneath the Titan is simply the first shrapnel explosion reflected point-blank, making it appear to have originated nearby, or even simpler just a very lucky second "spiky bush" contact point. Again, this phenomenon is uncommon, but entirely mundane in nature. Any other ideas presented about the possibility of Illuminate resurgence or similar are dissident misinformation and thought crimes which should be reported to the nearest Democracy Officer immediately. You can see the bile titan step on a spike bush, the blue effect is it ricocheting off of the armour a few times.

He’s a possible lore explanation. That blast came from an illuminate scout. Watching that squad of Helldivers, the bike titan spotted it and thought it was a threat. The scout was defending itself but in doing so blew its cover and that’s why we don’t see the source of the blue energy. Also side note, that blast doesn’t look like any weapon, stratagem or orbital we have so far. Completely Alien…

He's stepping on the blue plants that shoot a ton of bullets, and the glow is those deflecting off the titan's armor.
