Use a private entity and the open seas for the fighter jets to operate out of. Use a private military and give them a decommissioned naval aircraft carrier or something similar. This way no nation is involved. Until the jets enter Ukrainian airspace the Russians couldn't act on it.

The West convinced Ukraine to give up their nuclear weapons from the Soviet era, in exchange for protection from Russia, or any other threatening nation. I thought Mariupol is one of the headquarter of the infamous "Azov Battalion" who committed human right violation in the eastern part of Ukraine. I believe this is what Putin called "de-nazification" operation . I may be wrong, though?

What is the point right for Russia’s forces? It’s just heartbreaking and devastating news daily.
