Perry Como Live 'It's Impossible' (Somos Novios) 1971 [Remastered TV Mono]

Searched the web for a copy of this live performance WITHOUT the time counter running across the bottom, and there isn't one. SO, I trimmed off the counter and rendered the video is wide-screen.

This is one of my all-time favorite songs. "It's Impossible" was written in 1968 my Mexican songwriter Armando Manzanero. The English lyrics were written by Sid Wayne in 1970. Perry Como was the first to the record the song. It's considered to be one of the greatest boleros of all time. This was a charting hit for Perry, #10 on Billboard's Hot 100, #1 on the Contemporary Chart, and #4 on UK's Singles Chart.

Reminds me of my dear old ma - she’s 90 now but remember her playing his songs - this one and ‘And I Love you So - I didn’t appreciate the tunes back then but now it’s a different story - what a great voice he had - thanks for posting
