Now that our researchers’ experiment is on the International Space Station, it’s time to test how their samples behave in microgravity. This week on NASA Explorers, the astronauts conduct science in space, while a team back here on Earth runs their own piece of the project.

Most interesting thing I recently learned about life in space.... you get callouses on the TOP of your feet from using the straps to hold you in place, while the bottoms of your feet return to baby status, making returning to gravity walking a painful experience, matched by the stretching of the spine in space and crunching down back on earth.

Would not the bring it to gravity contaminate the material cuz it was meant to be effected by microgravity and not it's subjected to gravity on Earth and would it not be a better idea to research it in a microgravity environmental instead?
