Isn't this thing still on the stock cam? If so you might want to consider a cam swap before the S480. Perfect chance to be a guinea pig with the new Summit turbo cams.

A 50/50 mix of *DISTILLED* water and antifreeze has
a considerably larger amount of heat exchange capacity
than plain water. It also has rust inhibitors and lubricants.

Without much effort- you could easily move the radiator
and fans to the rear, in the trunk. Either duct in air from the sides
(wheel wells) or quarter panels to an "air box" around the radiator,
with exhaust either on top or sides. You could easily TIG all of this
from thin aluminium.

Go to the junkyard and get a dual fan setup off of a hemi powered dodge, or a ford contour!! These fans both pull close to 4000cfm and are super compact, get yourself 2 70a relays and wire the fans separate and run them off the key full time! This solved my overheating issues I had on a built/supercharged foxbody. I could idle all day in 100 degree weather. I was also running a Ron Davis radiator

IMO keep this setup and get it dialed. Once dialed it will make a smoother transition to more power with reliability.
