Polyamory does not work long term, it only produces discomfort and pain. If you need that to elevate go for it otherwise monogamy will lift you the highest. My personal experience.

Oh I love the topic of the unknown around attraction. The pull when you met someone. I’ve recently discovered the reaction to a person can be a response/ reaction of the body( as the mind) to a person that will reflect your past to you so that you can see what is in the subconscious mind and rewrite it. So I tend to question my excitement and pull I feel when I meet someone. I ask myself is this a body response to my past or is this a future opportunity. Funny how either way it’s opportunity 💚

If a man devotes himself to his partner and serves her fully, with no thought of return, he discovers a treasure that he never knew existed. Women have been in (coerced) service to men for a long time and men have come to expect this and to believe that this is authentic surrender. The paradox is that he must give of himself without expectation to experience her full surrender, He must learn to experience her pleasure as his pleasure. To do this he becomes the "gentle" man, cultivating his sensitivity so that she feels safe to open up. When he becomes attuned to her unfolding, he is speaking her language and so she opens more and more and he discovers that this is never ending and full of surprises. Through his willingness to surrender in service to HER, he unlocks his full creative power because he has learned to tune into the language of subtlety, which informs him on his own path. Such a dynamic requires TRUST, which is cultivated through devotion, consistency and commitment.

It’s interesting how people are a mixture of many aspects. Conscious and unconscious, and they try to liberate themselves uniquely. I don’t think open relationships are for me. I am deeply satisfied with a the depth of one soul. There’s already so much how can one want more???

Its called playing the field. Desire is desire no matter which way you want to dress it up.

I believe that non monogamy is for people who want the comfort and security of a "primary partner" with the promiscuity of not being partnered. The story just doesn't sell for me. You either want to be single and have the freedom of dating/seeing/hooking up with multiple people or you want to be in a monogamous, committed relationship...which takes hard work, but it is ultimately worth it because one day we're all going to get old (if we're lucky) and we won't bring all our fuck buddies with us. One day we'll all want someone by our side, who's been there for us through our young & beautiful years but through to when our skin wrinkles and our bodies don't look so graceful anymore.

It's disappointing that our generation, especially the "spiritual" community - doesn't see the benefit of monogamy. Or thinks that monogamy is for less open-minded people, or for people who aren't sexually adventurous enough. I, personally, have trouble accepting the confines of a monogamous relationship at my age... so I choose to stay single and open. I think open relationships are a cop out. I personally believe also that there is no one person out there for us. So if I was with one person and still wanting to engage with others, I wouldn't be with them anymore. I'd be single. It depresses me to think of being committed to someone who doesn't sexually, emotionally, intellectually, all across the board satisfy me enough so that I'm not seeking out others.

consistently seeking out excitement and pleasure from other people - THAT IS ALL EGO.

I'm 40. Found you from the interview with Sky. Trust me, women in their 40s and 50s are still trying to understand these issues too. Thank you both for this interview. 💗

I listen to other spiritual content, but when it comes to Aubrey Marcus I always have to give my undivided attention to understand. This makes me realize that there is learning levels in spirituality, once you understand one level you unlock the next. Aubrey Marcus is absolutely the next level.

I was Poly for 9 years in a married relationship. Polyamory is a way to bypass going deeper. I recommend avoiding it.

Such divine timing - I am going deeper and deeper into my unconscious patterning right now and this encompasses such great reminders to keep going ... I was running away from these particular patterns until
Recently and today I have allowed more and more and these reminders are gratefully received ❤️

Polyamory doesn’t have to mean promiscuity. I like to call it multi-beloved relationships where I know that I have space and ebullient and overflowing love to give to 2 people (men) at the max. Just like I knew that I had to stop at having 2 children. The quality of my relationships whether it is 2 romantic partners or 2 children remains high. More than 2, things fall apart quickly for me! So long as there is no conflict with whoever else they are entangled with my relationships with my loved ones stay smooth. Everyone in the container of defined relationship must want the best for the others and understand their own limits. Peace and love to all here.

Hey Blu. For sure you both resonate with me.
I am a Vipassana practitioner, but am feeling guided to and a feeling of mother calling me to her breast.
I loved also Aubrey interviewing you and discovering your work as an healer. Could you please provide recommendations of teachers?

Holy moly… I listened to most of this but not the end & fast forward today I set an intention before resting/flexibly meditation on things both person & professionally which I’m embarking on… & I go to finish a different podcast Aubrey posted actually & my phone glitched turning it to this one. The 49 & gene keys discussion began & this could not have sparked more chills than it did bc of how aligned it is w/ my current life.

The only thing that is appearing to stop you from life/knowing yourself to be unconditional love is identification with thoughts, emotions, sensations, perceptions and experiences instead of being aware of being aware and knowing yourself to be that unconditional love pure consciousness in which all thoughts, emotions, sensations, perceptions and experiences appear but are not inherently one with you; they are an expression of unconditional love; you are that infinite that is expressing itself as suffering/pleasure but inherently you are neither; you are that nothing/unconditional love/pure consciousness in which they are appear and by which they are perceived;

Suffering/pleasure comes and goes; there is an awareness that is aware of them coming and going; that you are; remember and know what you are; never identify with anything that is appearing within you; since it appears within you; it can't be you; you are that in which it appears. When you abide as that in which it appears instead of identifying; nothing has a grip on you; if anything comes; it quickly goes; like clouds passing; only if you identify as a cloud then it will appear as if the cloud is here for longer than it is originally supposed to; if you simply rest as the awareness and do not identify; it will quickly dissolve; be unconditional love by being aware of being aware; this is the highest; this is what you are seeking in absolutely everything else; you are seeking yourself; you are seeking unconditional love; but you are looking outside of yourself; instead of being aware that you already are timeless, unchanging, eternal, unconditional love, peace, joy, compassion, wisdom, contentment and fulfillment; your true self is what all beings seek. Love love
