Finally someone made a vid on this I've been waiting for so long

I've been saying this for a while.. I do not understand why a good 90% of the comics fans say this is the best Superman story. It's a nice summary of what Superman is about, but it's done in such a way that it feels aloof, a bit devoid of emotions. Still a good story, and might be a good introduction to someone who maybe isn't much familiar with the character, but as a long term Superman reader, I wouldn't call it the best.

I just picked this up. Been wanting to get All Star Superman for a while so I was excited for it. This read through I did notice that I didn’t care for the art quite as much as I had in the past. The story is good in that it it is a fantastic intro to what makes Superman so fantastical. Did you feel like the pages were a bit in the dark side? They just don’t pop like I thought they should. Maybe it’s the type of paper it’s printed on since it’s not glossy stock but is more like it’s between the old school newsprint and a card stock type paper.

But why no direct look on the novel and the back cover and everything like the gutter loss I was expecting that to be explored more and if possible make like a short to show just the comic back and front and inside
