I've seen the beauty & grace of seals & sea lions both at aquariums & out in the ocean while diving & they can be & usually are very happy & playful creatures to watch. Neptune looked like a playful puppy when he was getting a scratch on his chest & was so cute ❤️❤️❤️ Katie was just as cute also ❤️❤️❤️
