As a competitive Pokemon battler, I didn't think they would incorporate IVs into Pokemon Go. It's not as complex as the main series Pokemon game's IVs and stats, but still, pretty cool.

Why should we care about iv's. It's not like they really help a Pokemon. The game isn't competitive at all. It's just spam taping. Once in awhile, press and hold on your screen for a special movie

Ivs are 1000% useless in Pokemon go. There is no actual competition it's just a bunch of feverish tapping, you're time is better spent raising Pokemon for actual competition in the main series games. Pokemon go is just a glorified stamp collectors book of Pokemon, not to mention only the first 151 out almost 1000

Its not IVs. Its stats. IVs effect stats and stats effect performance. Pokemon go is not advanced enough to have IVs

am still trying to figure out how to even play this game I ended all the Pokemon from red blue yellow gold silver Crystal ruby Sapphire Platinum XYZ but this one a little tricky to me I think I'll just wait for sun and the moon to come out
