A sit-down interview talking about how 11th ACR's doctrine differs from that of the rest of the US Army. How do Donovians differ from Krasnovians?

The S3 shop of my unit has greatly enjoyed this series of videos. Thanks, Chieftain.

One of the hardest things for leadership to do: Give subordinates permission and room to innovate and fail...

Interesting watching two Majors being interviewed by a LTCol and the response to a senior officer as apposed to a civvie interviewing them

This was really fascinating to watch. Even if it was dense with "corporate lingo" i loved being able to hear some of the behind the scenes thinking to how the scenarios are "played"

This one might be my favorite video yet in the series. I hope you're happy with how this series has turned out; I sure am. Interesting and informative indeed.

It’s interesting to see the difference from the Cold War OPFOR horde that used numbers to overwhelm the rotational unit, to where now the red side is outnumbered.

A battboy S2 in a Cav unit. Cool. Great series. Very well done coverage of Blackhorse. Would be very interested in seeing a similar series on the 509th.

27:14 I was close with some members of the 1st Fusiliers while we were in Kosovo a couple years ago, I was surprised when they posted on Instagram about their time in NTC.
I guess you there at the same time as them!
They said it was way harder than Hohenfels.

I was an OC there from 1987 to 1989. It was much simpler to just train to fight the Soviets.

As my boss once advised;

it is alright to screw up, not to f*ck up. Understand the difference.

As an old Armor S2 man, this was fascinating.

I like how he straight up admits, _"The Blue Team can't Meme."_ 🤣

Having taken part in more than a few IO wargames, the comments on OPFOR's faster, less structured targeting process really struck home—if the process is too slow, the information or narrative that you're pushing out risks being stale before it is even delivered.

Blixt is a cool name. Means "lightning" in Swedish

Space badge? I can be a door gunner on a Space shuttle? All kidding aside, I'm still trying to wrap my brain around all the new gadgets. The army dragged me from the 20th century to the 21st. Half of what I heard here would have been science fiction stuff when I first signed up. 😮 wish I was still in. I used to be in the 11ACR in Germany.
