Most people choose 2016 Steph as his peak. I'd argue his best form was his 2022 version. Better finisher, higher basketball IQ, stronger body, way more clutch. But with the same shooting, if not better.

What is amazing about Steph is that he continues to improve his craft. He transformed from being the weak link in defense to not being so anymore and also got strong enough to bump off bigger defenders to get his shots. His much improved stamina is causing defenders to tire out and this year he has been working on controlling his breathing. How many superstars invest that much work into getting better?

What’s crazy is I think he’s better in 2022/2023 then he was even back in like 2016. Sure his shooting wasn’t as crazy but he responds to situations so much better, and his increased size makes his drive game way better which opens up his team even more then he already does
