Vance doesn't seem to understand that we are in the information age... Trump said very clearly at the Black Reporters' Convention that immigrants were talking away "Black Jobs" He also questioned Kamala's color. The retort was brilliant and Vance is either sharing Trump's cognitive problems or has issues of his own..
