. I am a retired 25-year Federal Special Agent and a retired 20-year Texas Criminal Investigator/Detective. Based on my review of the evidence presented by this person, JACK SMITH, there is very clearly insufficient probable cause to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the indictment in question has sufficient legal merit for prosecution. JACK SMITH does not have congressional authority to file such an indictment therefore is violating TITLE 18, USC. SMITH actually needs to be investigated along with the Attorney General for creating this unlawful possession and unlawfully expending federal monies by SMITH when he has no authority to do so. Smith's criminal actions need to be elevated to CONGRESSIONAL HEARING for these violations and actions of SMITH and the Attorney General. I suspect that there has been a great amount of taxpayer monies expended by these unlawful actions.
