They are the most mysterious phenomena in our universe - black holes. As remnants of exploded giant suns, they supposedly devour everything around them and destroy it. Or do they? According to the latest theories, black holes not only destroy, but also create!

Well I kept waiting for the big reveal of the incredible theory but got the same boring click bait. Oh well another wasted 11:17 of my life.

Was this written by a college student taking Astronomy as an elective...who got a C- 🤷‍♂️

They're not careful with their language - e.g. spacetime being imaginary, which it's not (experimental observations of gravitational lensing for example).

After that a "quasar" 1:40 You'd think a channel called SimplySpace would know what a quasar is.

When matter goes into a black hole, the atoms get ripped apart, which as we know releases large amounts of energy, once matter is turned back into energy it is stored on the surface of the object at the center. When all that's left is black holes in the universe I believe the black hole's will merge and then explode in a massive release of energy which will cool and become a new universe.

It started out as science then blended into science fiction.

Black holes reminds me of the explanation of a 4D shape in our dimension. You can only see part of it at any given time much like a 3D object moving through a 2D world. It's very possible we're only seeing a thin slither of what a black hole actually is. Meaning it's nearly impossible to know what it is until we understand what a fourth fifth or 6th dimension are. It might even take more understanding since there are far more dimensions then 6. We just don't know how to perceive anything past 3D.

Misleading title. Click bait. No new information here, this is old stuff jumbled together. No new theory or explanation whatsoever. Thoroughly disappointed and annoyed.

He says our sun will explode in 10 to 13 billion years... This video is riddled with commercials and bad information. It's a cash grab.

I stopped watching when you used the word weight.

Black holes are the recyclers of the universe !!

If we understood how all 10+ dimensions worked, the answer of black holes may be obvious. “Interstellar”, the movie with Mathew McConaughey is a very interesting depiction of only one idea. I really recommend it if you haven’t seen it. Peace and love !

I doubt will ever know the answer to these questions in our lifetime. Mankind spends way too much time trying to destroy each other rather than Helping one another and trying to learn more about our universe😢

sorry to say but our sun isn’t big enough to go super nova. it’s going to be a red giant, but cool video though

What if this entire universe is the product of a previous universe being destroyed by a black hole? The current theory for the origin of this universe is the big bang theory.
