Great video...My experience..raising up from a chair/couch was challenging because of the pain from 1 to 5 months..After 6 months...pain lessen but my balance was not 100 %..At 11 months..no pain, and good balance..At 12 months...raising from a chair is simple but I still use arm rest or the base to get up...My goal within the next 12 months..is to not use any arm assistance if possible.

Two months after my TKR, I'm getting those flare-ups you described. My "care-givers" are kind of over it and there are tasks large and small that need to be done - things that they don't want to do. Now that I'm back in a lot of pain, how do I get back to healing?
