I think alot of this toxicity will be out if we don't look at the title of the video. He might just be talking about why he is excited about the new team. No need for comparison really.

Something people forget is that even though Bwipo doesn't directly compare teams, he implies a lot of things. This is a mistake he made before. For example, saying they came together at worlds because of his GF is implying that others lacked whatever she provided. Him stating now how everyone is mature and talking about the game isn't stepping on peoples toes, is implying he did not have that before.
He should just be wise and just say it's excited to work in a different environment and see how things go there without giving direct example which are implying other places didn't provide those.
I don't think Bwipo has bad intentions and I like the guy but he made these mistakes before because he tends to be very specific in his examples.

FNC always manages to attract young talent, but always crashes because of internal issues. With Yammato things were supossed to change, but after Adam and Upset it's clear that internal issues still remain.

I dont think anyone has said anything bad about enviroment in NA. Its literally carebear region where everybody tippy toes around the problems and just wanna netflix and chill with their team and god forbid you actually wanna win something and say something critical to your teammates.
That being said i feel like Bwipo was so long in Fnc that he became way too comfortable with expressing hes feelings in a toxic maner even for EU and was huge reason why enviroment around him wasnt the best.

Bwipo will be severly disappointed after this season but its good to have some illusions when u start working for a new company. It makes you mobilize the necessary resources.
