It's not the national anthem. The song is called "Taranah-e-Hind". Interestingly the song was written and composed by Mohd. Iqbal, who was born, and died in Pakistan. In the song is a line, "Hindu hai hum"(We are all Hindus), and though the "Hindu" here doesn't mean the religion, still imagine somone writing this in 2022.

Mohd. Iqbal, a Pakistani, was one of the most patriotic Indian ever. Descending from the line of Sahaj Ram Sapru(a Kashmiri Hindu), he went on to spread South Asian Islamic poetry to far off places like Persia. Afterall, we are not so different.
