Have had horrible back pain for the past 2 months and man let me tell you this has been game changing for me. My back pain went from a 9 to 5 on day one. This is my fourth day doing it and the pain has dropped down to a 3. Thank you DDP… BANG!!!

I have done this workout for only 4 consecutive days and all my pains have disappeared! I used to do pilates but only got to it when I was in extreme pain. This makes so much sense to do it daily. DDP, you are just amazing!

I've been struggling with pretty bad depression and anxiety and it caused me to eat alot and get pretty severely out of shape from when I used to dance. My dad found this and told me about it because I used to watch wrestling during the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression Era. I love it. I did the whole work out and I was shaking by the end, but it wasn't so hard that I had to give up. Thanks DDP

I was an armature boxer later on into bodybuilding in my 20's and early 30's then I stopped due to my work schedule. Now I am almost 40 (in November of this year 2021) I am diagnose with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes and I tried yoga in general for the first time and it is much harder than I thought. Hope this exercises will be my habit in life for health and fitness. Thank you DDP Yoga in advance.

I absolutely loved this workout! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm 64 and I was big into different sports.... but I've messed up my knees from so much running, my back from an accident, my morale from depression.... I'm 5 lbs overweight but I"m soft as hell and all my flexibility is gone. I needed a workout that I could do and see the potential to progress. I live in the mountains in France.... thank you for being there! I'm going to do this workout everyday ! I'm so excited!

Watching this DDP exercise makes me burn up and sweat a little bit. I have cerebral palsy and I can barely do much of those exercises without any problems even though I had to do it a lot different. 👍

I been doing this every night until I can purchase your subscription and heart rate monitor. I'm currently trying to get myself into shape so I can fulfill my dream of becoming a professional wrestler. I seen so many people lose so much weight doing your workouts and it's inspired me to do them too. I'm currently 188 lbs, a bit on the chubby side but I been working real hard to lose the fat. What you do is amazing and I can't thank you enough for changing so many people's lives. You have changed mine and I'm extremely grateful and thankful! God bless you DDP!

I’ve never done yoga in my life but my wife enjoys it, I’ve been suffering with lower back pain for months now despite still going to runs and some weight sessions and just working through the pain. I know of DDP through hearing many people talk about it so decided last night to do this workout. I got through the whole session despite struggling near the end, to my surprise it was harder than I thought and a sweaty workout! I have woke up this morning for the first time in months with no back pain, unbelievable. I’ll be doing this workout again this evening and will look into the app now for more. Thank you DDP!

This is great of you to do this. I purchased your whole set when i was in the USA. I moved back to South Africa in 2019. Well just to find out that all the DVD's i bought with me got stolen. Fantastic workout. I've decided to take charge of healing my chronic low back pain on my own, as no medical professional has been helpful. Workouts like this really help and give me confidence that I don't have to accept chronic pain - I can heal myself!

I hope to start participating in this kind of thing eventually, but first I need to fix my belly. I have been labeled as obese most of my life, but I'm not actually fat. I have had a hernia as wide as my hips since I was 8 years old. I'm 31. I had a new Physical Education teacher when I was eight who on the first week worked me so hard he sent me home pissing blood. My mother never listened to me about it. Once I get my belly fixed, I'll try participating. Dallas has been a hero of mine for a few years, largely because of what his program did for guys like Arthur and Vance. I don't know either of them, but I watched their journeys a long time ago. And through them, as well as this channel, Dallas has inadvertently given me the confidence to keep trying to fix my body.
