QRM Eliminator 'NEW II'

It seems strange that the packing list (0:08) includes a PTT cable for the PTT jack on the back (0:34 with the red plastic cover), and there is a red "TX" LED on the front panel (0:51), but the sticker on top of the unit (0:15) says: WARNING! NO PTT NO TX. Apparently the vendor does not certify the unit to work safely with any transmitter.
