I live in DC and crime is out of control. Certain areas of DC I will not travel. Why the council wants to reduce the penalty of crime shows the lack of correct the problem.

I have been to DC and my son works in DC . NW area of DC is horrible . You don't want to go into that area . You may not survive that trip . DC is probably safe where the politicians travel but not everybody else .
