My God that's a HUGE difference, doesn't even look like the same piece, looks brand new

She's not using the usual paint sprayer, but a HVLP type. High volume low pressure sprayers give a smoother application since there is more paint coming out but at a lower pressure and speed. The painting is coming out in a flow of air, so the droplets are of uniform size, unlike the normal paint sprayers that fire a stream of paint under pressure, resulting in uneven droplet size.
