This song honors the memory of my father, who died this year, 10/03/2023. He was homeless at various points and suffered from mental illness. Phil wrote the lyrics for this song referring to the homeless crisis going on in England at the time. It is very similar to the themes for his solo hit "Another Day In Paradise" and "Tell Me Why" from the We Cant Dance album.
