As of late Microsoft has been starting to remove drivers for older chipset and various other old hardware, making this even less possible unless you can somehow manually find the drivers and install them, praying if they work.

I have been trying to install Windows 11 om some older laptops in plans to sell them, but driver installs instantly fail. One 10 hits EoL, The only alternative is Linux or keeping them on 10 beyond the end of life.

Theres also apparently an insider build that completely removes the ability to bypass TPM, CPU, and Secure Boot check.

Well Microsoft I hope you are happy. You are about to create the biggest environmental e-waste disaster the world has ever seen and leaving many perfectly working computers to rot arbitrarily.

And yet you wonder why many users are switching to Mac or Linux in droves.
