I have Japanese boss before here in California. They think people they hired are stupid . Working too much but they will never pay you over time . They hiring people no papers or green card holder . People working with them can’t even days or weeks to stay and people quit the job on the spot.

Honestly, I think the most important thing is how someone treats you. Their personal feelings are their own business. Like, I wouldn’t be okay with a stranger being rude or disrespectful because of their beliefs, but what they actually think deep down doesn’t matter to me—it’s their life, not mine.

That’s different when it comes to friends and family, though, because those relationships need honesty and openness.
