Adding to my minimalist wardrobe?! · Minimal Basics Try On Haul · You decide what I keep :D
Показать описание
I was tired of not having any shorts, so I ordered a few. Also other pants, because my jeans developed a hole and can't be repaired. If you are watching this video before July 2022, help me decide what to send back! :D
This is a little bit of a contradictory video. I don't like the word "haul". I don't watch these kinds of videos. But for lack of a better term I still chose that title... It should really be "Trying on new clothes that are very basic and minimal and showing you how I decide what I bring into my life" but that's too long.
My decision process
· Is it a good fit?
· Does it serve the purpose?
· Would I rather have something else?
· Is it worth the money? / Is it a fair price?
· Is it versatile?
· Is it sustainable (that includes material choices and durability - not everyone can afford fair-made organic clothes! But you can still make sustainable choices!)

I don't have any particular brands. I like some, but I really always look for second hand first usually. In second hand clothes, I don't necessarily look for sustainable brands, because (a) they are always very expensive still and (b) sustainable brands often aren't very size-inclusive and I'm really small and shirts are often too long for me as well as pants.
Also, I don't want to promote any brands. This is kind of a one time thing for me, I rarely ever shop online and new. I bought these things because with shopping online comes the possibility of sending it back in case it doesn't fit, and I honestly just didn't know my size. So that was out of convenience for me. Please don't expect me to make these videos on a regular basis therefore...
