180g flour
1 tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
I stick butter
170g sourdough discard
1/2 cup sour cream

Bake at 425 for 20-25 min.

I just started out with sourdough starter. Does the discard need already be in that mature stage. Like be at that stage where is could have been used for bread making if you just fed it or can it still be in that first week or two of trying to get a consistent rise with regular feedings?
