How to Restore Recently Deleted Instagram Posts

There is a simple way to restore and recover recently deleted Instagram posts.
You simply need to find the option, recently deleted in your Instagram settings.
In 2021, Instagram added the option for recovering recently deleted posts, IGTV, Reels for 30 days after deleting them. If you archived them, they will be there under the archive option in settings forever though.

To find recently deleted Instagram posts, find that option in the menu.
Click on any post and choose to restore. It will appear back on your profile with all the views, likes, and comments.

Initially I was unable to find that recently deleted option . then above there is search option inside accounts .There I searched recently ...In suggetion you find the option.

I found the the option and there are reels showing there but I can't click on the reels and I have tried with other devices so I thought it's account problem so I tried on another account but there also I can't

it works.... ish. i must have delete a reel of mine by accident, restored it this way, but now it only shows the reel in the reels section and not in my main gallery. is there a solution for restoring that as well? i dont want to delete the reel and repost it, it has a lot of views and likes and saves
