I just had my yearly physical. After viewing this video, I checked my lab reports. My vitamin D level currently is “91”. As always, thank you Dr. Joe. (Daryl) 😊

Thanks Dr. Joe, I have salmon twice a week and beef twice a week. I avoid dairy. I do take a supplement of Vitamin K2 + D3. It contains 5, 000 IUs of vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of K2. I look forward to your next video. Have a great day!

Dr. Joe. My lab results showed I'm severely vitamin d deficient. My results were 16.6. My doctor put me on a prescription vitamin D3 to be taken once a week. What else should I be doing to raise my deficiency? I consume mostly salmon, fish chicken. I don't eat much red meats. I do take BP meds. I live in SC so even winter months we still get sun.
