That motherboard has 4 leds that indicates where the problem happened while trying to boot. Search for "ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators".

Power supply is modular. Double check the connector that’s plugged in to the graphics card and that it’s plugged in to vga on the psu.

So the I had the same problem and one thing to check is wiring what I mean by that is on the psu if the vga cables are in the right spots and also if your gpu has extra slots fill those with the other cables so I just right now fixed mine with that problem just by filling the extra slots for vga

I have the same problem. my motherboard is an msi pro B650-P wifi, gpu is a gigabyte gaming oc nvidia geforce 3060 (not ti) 12gb rev 2, psu is a corsair cx650m. what I have to do is boot up with the built-in graphics, then hot-swap the hdmi over to the gpu output then I have graphics, but if I try botting with the gpu plugged into the monitor, teh motherboard fails to detect gpu.

And on mine there is ONE power connector NOT two

Make sure drivers and bios are up to date and if you have a multimeter check your terminals from the psu to the gpu

This may be different since you have such a high capacity power supply, but most gpu psu cables have two 6+2 pins on a single cable. And if I’m correct I only saw a single 8 pin connector plugged into your gpu. You may have accidentally plugged in the psu cable for the CPU into the GPU. GPUs use 6+2 pin connectors while the CPU connector for the motherboard uses a 4+4.

I have an Asus z790-E Gaming Wifi Mobo and I'm having the same issue. I get display through my I/O but not my GPU. And the fans on the GPU spin then quite.

If that Is the evga rtx3060ti XC, It has 1 8pin power connector. But you Need to use a 6+2pin psu cable not an 8pin CPU one 🤔
