Takes only 5 minutes to make, and with 20g of protein, it’s perfect for a quick breakfast or a post-workout snack. 🙌

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Prep: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
• ½ cup @Fairlife fat free milk
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/3 cup 100% Pumpkin puree
• 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, I used @fage
• 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass, top with cinnamon if desired.
