BBC documentary on Modi: Several groups defy ban and hold screenings

After the Union government banned the BBC documentary ‘India: The Modi question’, political outfits and student groups defied the ban in Kerala and Hyderabad. The DYFI, SFI and the Youth Congress in Kerala announced they would hold screenings. The BBC documentary investigates Narendra Modi’s role as Gujarat Chief Minister during the 2002 riots.

It was difficult for me to complete watching episode 1 completely due to global widespread censorship. I eventually did manage to see all of episode 1. It is sad to see that Modi claims to run a Democracy, while at the same time showing clear signs of authoritarian dictatorship.
