Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

Omg, i miss Ahmed’s era, when the palace was filled with sunlight, concubines were playing all around in multicolors silks, there would be flower boxes in every hallway, and the royal garden was so muck bigger and warm. + the water fountains ect idk everything was just so much peaceful and beautiful and colorful

From Anastasia innocence to Kosem cruelty. What a journey it was. She was the most powerful women in entire Ottoman history and one of the most powerful women ever yet her end is execution means power doesn't determine how your end will be. This series is amazing. All actresses play the role of Kosem so well. Another magnificent series by Turkey although many of it's events are not according to history still just amazing work they put in.

Transformation from Anastasia to Kosem Sultan was a long story.
Loved the serial every bit of it.

The scene where all the concubines we're scavenging pearls and gold jewelry from valise sultana's body was really scary. It shows power avails nothing. I'd rather be poor than being a cruel richman.

Hurrems ring was a symbol of devine love not power. Such a shame to see how Nurbanu and other sultanas saw it as power symbol. If Ahmed had lived longer history would have been different.

The scene where Kosem talks to her younger self is one of my favourite. I love that part when Kosem hits Anastasia, but afterwards she admits that Anastasia was right about her.

Kosem --- this character was played by 3 actresses and they showed us different shades of kosem....
1st one : innocent, joyful, good looking .
2nd one : protecting, loving, ambitious .
3rd one : powerful, arrogant, cruel ...

But at the end of everything...she felt proud of herself...most powerful valide sultan ~ kosem sultan !

I would love to see the missing gap tho. From the period where selim took the throne, nurbanu became valide sultan, safiye's harem fights, how handan and halime got into the harem, and safiye finally say 'now it's my era'
