I disagree with the order, I think emergency fund comes first, then paying off high interest debt. At the very least, save one month of emergency fund while making minimum payments on high interest debt. Then once you get that, start shifting it to debt. You gotta have some emergency cash to fall back on.

Looks like you invest in ETF mostly over individual stocks. I know the more diversified, the safer but individual stocks Can have higher return. Do you still prefer ETFs over individuals?
