Cleansers with innately high effect resist is really useful for all content, especially with all the CCs bosses apply (AOE freeze, Imprisonment, etc) because your damage drops once your DPS gets CCed. We usually have 1 DPS per team so constant skills that cleanse them helps.

I think you're overlooking just how useful 70% effect res is, especially for a healer

Even if the amount of healing he provides will be less than others after they release his scaling, it still better because all his healings doesn't use skill points, and i don't see any healer like that coming soon.

the boss enrage state or the damage boost on some SU bosses cant be stripped
buffs like the fury mode from the robots or the mara struck buffs are some examples of buffs you can strip

Been looking forward to him since he was first revealed in the story. I cannot wait to pull for him! His kit is looking great and since I got Welt makes him even more exciting because then I can put Yukong & SW with them together.

He's gonna be so good in MoC compared to other two upcoming characters. Being able clear MoC means more stellar jades, more stellar jades = more pulls.

I plan on Pulling for Luocha E1 for the 20% attack buff when his flower field is up and the lightcone for ult energy regen and speed up Ive aleady got a energy regen rope ready and leveled for him

I think the lightcone is hit or miss. If the energy regen is critical for certain rotations then it will op. Im not sold on speed. Its for 1 turn and I don’t know if it will help that much with hitting certain break points in moc. It really depends on how fast he can spam his ult. The crowd control res, if they decide to keep it at 70 is absurdly strong. I think its the second best thing in his kit aside from the free heal that has been confirmed to give energy and abyss flower stacks.

I have a guarantee currently at 35 pity (lost me E1 Jing Y. pull to Bronya) and have 22k stones, So I know I’ll be pulling 100%, but my question is, should I get the LC? 🤔 I probably won’t be pulling again until Imaginary Dan come out so I might have enough time to save, but Loucha+Blade combo is prettt tempting. I don’t know what to do!! 😭

I'm at 70 pity on a 50/50. So I think I will pull and hope to get him, but if i lose the 50/50 I will save for kafka. I don't really want the 4 stars on his banner

There were some assumptions made I don’t know actually exist.

When someone reaches 50%c it triggers an EFFECT like the skill, not the skill itself, so we are not sure the 50% heal will grant an abyss flower.

We are not sure of the numbers associated with the team wise heal from the field. A 4x use of that team heal from Seele may not be enough to save a low ally if all were hit in a massive cleave.

Really want to pull him but I think I’ll have a better team comp with Silver Wolf with Fu Xuan. Double quantum and double electric with Kafka and Tingyun.
