This is a quick demo of how to use RealityKit from Apple to create 3D models using photogrammetry.

it doesn't have to be iPhone, I used fuji dslr and aperture of f/12 and it worked out perfectly. Also, no X-code is needed. I used metashape for the first try and it worked, then i tested the software photo catch that uses the apple 3d API and it worked too :)

I am product (apparel/footwear) designer who uses OSX, I appreciate the effort you put into this video. As someone who has no knowledge of 3D design can you explain why you dont this is a VFX replacement? From what I understand i can take this obj file and then "clean it up" in other programs like blender? Thank you for the video
