So, why did you buy garbage ? Why did you buy a road bike with disc brakes ?
Your policy, rim for road & disc for off road. So again - why did you get ripped off & buy garbage ?
Local fish & chips shop will have a notice board, for people who put notices up, for stuff they want to sell.

Also Specialized bikes are made by Merida Taiwan, not China.
