The Great thing about the Su-25 is the large Range of the missiles so you can start spamming early and then the rockets have such a quick reload so you easily fire both clips in one approach at short distance to the target.

Nothing much any *Better* for T2 Strike Fighters, since T2 not much favorable compare to T3's more VIP BP Strike Fighters, just use any Strike Fighters you like, the A-10, the Berkut or a FootFrog

Su 25 already has better dmg and is easier to use. Moreover it can attack air targets and has faster spotting time. Hands down to frogfoot.
