Loved, loved, loved the shoot.. You have such a gorgeous model to work with. That always helps. Lol I saw that you were using the EOS R camera (like the one I use) and not the RP as stated at the beginning of the video. Did you switch up? I just ordered the RF 35mm today and am anxiously awaiting so that i can get out there and get some shots like you did. great job!

Aesthetically speaking, both lens produce some good, creamiest and bokeh-licious bokeh. They also appear to have a sharper image at wide open aperture but what do I know. Just watching on my phone. Lol
Amazing photos 👏 and can’t wait for next video to see how you get your timeless clean edit. 🙏

Because of your videos I'm thinking of buying the Canon RF 35mm f/1.8 Macro IS STM Lens for my Canon EOS RP. My question is the lens has a f/1.8 which will give me a nice shallow depth of field... but what about the maximum depth of field? I take pictures and videos of outdoor products (product reviews) and many times in the video I want to show the beautiful surroundings so I don't want the shallow depth, I want to take in everything behind me or the product. Why don't they list what the maximum depth of field is for any particular lens?

You should definitely do video with the 35 mm so we can see how it comes out !

I'm buying a Canon RP and need a lens for it. If I use Sigma art with an adapter, will the result be better than RF 1.8? Have you ever had to update the firmware on your Sigma lens? They say old firmware does not work well with Canon mirrorless cameras. The weight of the sigma is also alarming, but apparently this is due to its quality 😅
