Its helped me with my sleep paralysis as well. And I have it nightly when I dont listen to asmr videos. Saying the name of Jesus will bring you out of sleep paralysis as well. You can barely move your eyes much less your lips, but try it! Just mouth the words Jesus, and it will go away. And praying before you go to sleep. I don't want to offend those who are not of the Christian faith, just trying to help those that struggle with this.
