I combine storage partitions on a hard disk by deleting a volume and extending another in Windows 7 Professional.

It took me 3 hours of research and trying countless tricks and software before I got to your video. Then I moved all my data (in D:\) to an external drive to park it temporarily, deleted that volume, deleted that partition, and FINALLY I was able to extend C:\ onto part of it.

Then I recreated a smaller D:\ drive with the rest or the empty space, since I like to keep my data separate from the system files.

i had 50 gb c drive and wanted to have windows 10 and it was 64 bit i had no space left but 400gb of space in other drives so combined it

Concise and simple to follow. One question.My download folder is in the d partion. When this partition is deleted will the downloads be seen in the c partition? Thanx

When I right click on DATA D to delete volume the delete volume is not available. Do I need to delete it manually?

ok but what if u have date in ur second disk that u dont wanna lose

listen, i have 2 disks but 1 hdd and i don't want to delete something because whole user is on d disk so how to combine?
