format a sd card and copy the firmware version pentax K-x 1.03

00:00 Insert new batteries
01:00 insert the sd card to the camera
01:02 hold the menu button and turn on the camera
01:12 in the menu select YES with click up & OK
01:17 firmware update 1/2 don't do anythhing to the camera
01:38 2/2 when complete turn off the camera
03:18 you have installed the last firmware

I'm trying to update k-x firmware, downloaded the file but once extracted the .bin file only shows a blank paper icon, is this correct? i feel something's not right
