Is any solotion for connect testo 300 to smart phone or laptop via blutooth or .... ( wierless connection) for read online data?

My testo 300 is only a year old and now it’s stuck in the loading screen upon powering it on. It never stops spinning and you can’t reset it but I can use the apps but no actual valuable information or reset option
