Excellent orator in english aswell as hindi! very rare among south indian politicians. I am from karnataka i've seen only kharge sir fluent in both hindi and english. Our Proud CM and DCM and sirs Siddu and DKS are only fluent in english. Normally south indian leaders or people in general prefer english.
