could you do a video on helping adults with transitions? i'm an aspie and unexpected changes (especially social) create terrible stress and resulting hardship for my partner. i'd like to know how to better adjust to changing circumstances.

How do I reduce the transitions in my classroom? It's a kindergarten special education class. All my students transition well now but one doesn't. She tantrums from one activity to another even if it's to an activity she likes such as snack. She has a BT so the tantrums are reduced when the person is present.
