Dark Magician main here, from experience eternal soul at 2 is a healthy ratio. I was bricking at 3 and more consistent at 2 I left circle at 3 .

So I'd think about phantazmay, and keeper of dragon magic for monsters. Also dark burning magic and bond between teacher and student has been a nice combo for me. I threw a dark magic attack in for eternal soul searches as well. For the people who cant afford magicians souls, I know it sucks but I've had alot of success without it using fusion deployments and eye of timeaus.

Lets do this again.
My last comment was so in depth I don't have another hour so heres the short without the combos.

2 DM, 1 DK, 1 DK DMG
2 Circle
2 Eternal thats all

Remove Allure Use Darkworld dealings instead and use 3 and 1 upstart Goblin.

Add both oracles Mahad and Mana
Add chamber dragonmaid and dragonmaid fusion.

Drop to 1 effect veiler

Add instant fusion and thousand eyes restrict.

Add 1 more dragon monster, I use Ranryu but Mana dragon is good.

Not sure how many confit you run but I would no more than 2.(only to make anima summon other make anaconda)

Your normal summons should be
3 rod
1 chamber maid(add fusion)
1 chocolate magi girl(discard, draw, half attack, special summons dragoon feom grave or DM or restrict)

Dragoon should be plan B or maybe D not plan A
Plan A should be
Union Carrier+Dragon Knight+eternal lock there extra deck

Increase utility and deck synergy by using souls draw effect to send cards that work in grave like navigation or dragonmaids fusion or when combination leaves the field it can pop 1

I can go over some crazy combos with you but I will wait the main thing is that you need to believe that DM can beat any Meta and it can. I will be happy to help hit me back
