Yugioh YUGI DARK MAGICIAN Deck Profile May 2020 for Casual Play | All Yugi’s Old Support!!!

Hey guys! Welcome to the first draft of my newest dark magician profile! This profile started from a simple idea: can we run dark magicians with all of Yugi’s old stuff? Like the bricky main and extra deck stuff?

Dark magician has always been an annoying deck to play against. With massive banishing and disruption and a fairly straightforward playing style, the deck sucked to fight against for causal players and I often saw kids at locals just straight up groan whenever they went against one. When the new support got released, I was beyond excited to build the deck again, since everything was super awesome again! Only problem was that it made the deck only fun for the person playing it.

To that effect, I decided to create a deck that used the now improved consistency of the new dark magician stuff to build a strategy that ran all of Yugi’s old one-off bricky support cards! The increased consistency of this deck allowed for a ton of different options and most importantly running that old stuff again! Things like eradicate warlock, sorcerer of dark magic, and even mirage knight! I’m currently working towards a 60 card deck that will incorporate Dark Sage! Keep your eye out for it!

When you said the next deck it actually got me excited to see it and so far by just looking at this deck I just finished building it on legacy of the Duelist link evolution and it looksbut the funny thing is when watching this video I only had two magicians navigation until I opened up 10 packs and then got it so now it's time to go play 😂😁🙂 thank you for finally getting this deck for me and for all the other duelists out there

Lemon Magician Girl could be a searcher for Sorcerer of Dark Magic, also in a pinch you could use Magicians Souls to send it to graveyard for cost, and then use Dwimmered Path or Monster Reincarnation to add it back to hand.

Ive got sorcerer of dark magic and eradicator warlock with the gold sarcophagus tin edition slifer, magician of chaos, dark magician of chaos, magician of black chaos, magician of black chaos max, dark paladin. I run 3 dark magician girls tho, along with 3 dark magicians. My deck works for me

I'm a long time Dark Magician player.
My particular build can blitz a Six Samurai deck on a good hand going 1st.
No Magician's Souls BTW.

I'm worried about consistency here.

You've got alot of bricks, no draw power, and only one way to nuke a board. Which is a big telegraph on the set up.

I would love to see test hands on this thing. Because the build quality is nostalgic but looks like brick city.
