Those plastic pallets. Could you drill some holes in them quickly? Would allow for better air flow, and water drainage if you got some big down pours. Just a thought.

I do my oil every 25-50 hrs., but my unit sets a lot during the summer. I change every six months if I don't use it. I used it every day several years ago but old age is kicking my butt. Like you said, oil is cheaper than an engine. I have never had an engine or transmission go bad on me in my life, and I am 71. I have put 380, 000 miles on 5 Toyotas and never had a problem with the drive train. Regular maintenance is the key to longevity. Love your videos.

i'd be tempted to turn the pastic pallets upside down, so you might get a bit more airflow through

Good maintenance is essential to good production. Saves a lot of unproductive hours down the road. The worst is when you have several pieces of equipment down at once. Then you have to prioritize how you are gonna get it all fixed to get back to doin what you should be doin. Good on you for taking the few minutes and couple of bucks to keep stuff up to snuff.

I've seen several of your videos where you say that you are not a mechanic, , I believe a better title for that type of work that you do there would be, ,Millwright. You and Bert both are indeed the Millwrights there at the Woodward. Your job there fits a lot of different job descriptions or titles. The newest title there at the Woodward, im not sure of. The town i live in, in its early days was know for its logging and fishing industry and being a busy sea port was world famous for its "cat houses". The women that ran them were called im not sure what they called a guy that ran a cat house.

Stickers on the roof of the cab outside will fade very fast. On the inside they will last for years.

I’d rethink stickering (is that a word) the outside.

Fun idea!

Hi Chris my friend tac welded my small processor. Same problem you’re having with your splitter cylinder. I have no more leaks. Works great.Tac weld were you tighten cylinder you will have no more leaks or loosening.
