The sunscreen weiner probably had less UV radiation overall, slightly anyway, 60spf against concentrated sunlight probably didnt block much, but its the infrared that really does the fast heating.

Though, UV doesn't go through some materials, like some glass, so depending on what the focuser is made out of that might have been all infrared(heat) radiation anyway.
