Long Island Killer: The REAL STORY of The Murder of Rebecca Koster - Deadly Deep Dive

If you haven't heard about the current unsolved cases involving the Long Island Serial Killer THAT is the case I was keeping up to date when I stumbled upon THIS case. Another Long Island resident who went out for a night on the town with her best friend, her boyfriend and a group of their friends, no one knew that one of them wasn't going to make it through the night. It's a chilling case with a lot of controversy some of which I think is unwarranted and I felt there needed to be more brought to light about what REALLY happened that night.

As for the victim shaming, idc if she was the most reckless, promiscuous girl in the universe: NO ONE deserves that. No means no!!!

Wow, the way Becky's friends and family all showed up for her and worked so hard to find her when they realized she was missing. It really shows what kind of person she was to have so many loved ones drop everything to do this, even chasing that phone tracker themselves.

Its so tragic that people think her using weed was a problem when she was using that in lieu of opiates. Becky dodged a devastating addiction that ruins lives every single day and would have also landed with people blaming her. Ugh. This one hurt in so many ways.

It’s so devastating to me that he cut off pieces of her that make her her. Her tattoos, piercings, hair. They all hold pieces of her personality and story.

That poor young woman. I think that EVERYONE had a time when they were young and let their guard down. It’s actually quite normal for young people - their brains are not fully formed and they are; in some circumstances; incapable of making the right decision. Becky had the unfortunate experience of trusting the wrong person. My heart breaks for this young lady and her family. God speed young lady. I hope that her family has been able to move forward until they are reunited.

Your rant is important as a single woman I thank you for it...I'm disgusted by the comments. And as a woman I'm sick feeling like a target every time I leave the house even during the day, but I also feel bad for all the men out there who mean us no harm but get the side from us because of men like this guy.

R.I.P. Becky. Victim Blamers, you should be ashamed of yourself. Have some respect for the family! Thank you Kimbyrleigha for being a voice for those who can no longer speak.

Just wow...I want to say right off that I find your defense of Rebecca's character
AWESOME! It was heart-felt and sincere. It is also one of the reasons I watch and listen to your Channel. You have a wonderful and beautiful soul and tell each story with compassion and courtesy...thank you..and I pray GOD bless and protect you and your family.
And I also pray GOD bless and protect Rebecca's family and give them the comfort, grace, peaceand strength to live their lives to the fullest if nothing else but for Rebecca's sake..

Thank you so much for sharing this story. Barbara said it best - "There are demons out there that look like humans."

I completely misunderstood this video’s title, but now I can say I had not heard about this case. My question is…when will men stop hurting women? We owe no one a conversation, friendship, companionship or intimacy. Becky was too nice and was killed for it. Her family was put through absolute hell due to someone else’s selfishness.

As soon as you said this case had been covered by other channels & we would probably recognize it, I kept that in mind as the video went on. It wasn't until around halfway through the video that I realized I +had+ actually heard about this case before. You went into so much detail about Rebecca, her family, her friends, her history, her life; it was such a stark contrast to the other videos I had seen about this case to the point where it felt like I was learning about it for the first time. You give victims back their humanity & a bit of their "spark"— some of what their loved ones saw that made them so unique & special.

Thank you for covering these cases so respectfully & thoroughly. You don't start your videos at the beginnings of the cases. You go back to when the victims were born & tell us as much as you can about who they were throughout their lives because they were people just like us. They deserve to be remembered for more than just the endings of their stories. Thank you for doing what you do.🖤

This was so brutal, so heartbreaking that I cried. And the victim blaming is unforgivable. P.S. I sincerely hope Dan got an apology....

I’d rather MJ over alcohol any day and I hate that Becky is getting hate about that. I absolutely love that her mom calls him an “it” so openly! I feel for her family and friends, I pray they get peace and I hope that it NEVER gets out!

He was not clever, he was just shamelessly brazen. I hope Becky is in a better place now without animals like this guy.
Also we can understand what a good girl she was by how quick everyone went looking for her after she didn't respond to her mom's messages, it shows what a good relationship she had with her friends and her family and how much they cared about each other.

The way you took the time to speak about victim shaming is everything 🙌🏼 is because of videos like this and you speaking up, that people will start to do better.

Thank you for covering this in depth with your usual empathy, and for calling out the victim shamers! Evans should never be let out of prison! You can’t rehabilitate a psychopath.

Compared to other true crime youtubers, you stand out because you always take time to introduce the victims. I can tell from the way you talk about them that you have genuine compassion. ❤
